With decades of engineering experience across a variety of sectors—and more than 15 years providing engineering and recruiting services through my previous company, Tri Corp Design - I have seen both the right and wrong ways to approach product development. Many companies have experienced what happens when leadership sets direction without empowering the people they hire or collaborating closely with suppliers to deliver a viable, cost-effective product to market.
Over the years, I have maintained strong relationships with former coworkers, customers, and suppliers—seasoned professionals who are truly a cut above the norm. Many are near or at retirement, and when a project calls for it, we can bring that expertise together to help open-minded companies achieve better outcomes with the right people involved.
